Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using this website and the services provided by Seoul Skin Clinic (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“client” or “you”) agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review these terms carefully before using our services.

1. Services

​At Seoul Skin Clinic, we offer a range of cosmetic services, including but not limited to consultations, laser treatments, injectables, and other aesthetic procedures. The scope and details of each service are outlined on our website or communicated directly to you during the consultation process.

2. Consultations

 

Some consultations may require a fee, which is non-refundable. These fees cover the time and expertise of our professionals during the consultation process. Any applicable consultation fees will be communicated to you beforehand.

3. Treatment Procedures

 

All treatment procedures are performed by qualified and licensed professionals. You are advised to disclose any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect the outcome of the procedure. If you are unsure, please consult with us in advance.

4. Appointment Scheduling & Cancellations

  • You are encouraged to schedule appointments in advance. Walk-in appointments may be accommodated based on availability.

  • To secure your appointment slot, a deposit may be required.

  • We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time, your payment for the service will be considered redeemed and cannot be rescheduled.

  • If you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, we will attempt to reschedule your appointment to another suitable time. If no suitable time is available, we may offer a credit on your account at our discretion.

  • If you do not show up for your appointment without notice, or if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled, and a 100% no-show fee will apply.

  • We will not accept future bookings until the no-show fee is paid via bank transfer or in person. If you have already paid for the service, it cannot be refunded or rescheduled. If the missed appointment was part of a prepaid package, it will be considered redeemed.

5. Refund Policy

5.1. Treatment Service Fees

All payments for cosmetic and aesthetic procedures are non-refundable once the procedure has been performed. This applies to, but is not limited to, injectables, laser treatments, and other cosmetic services.

5.2. Purchased Products

We accept returns on unopened and unused cosmetic products within 14 days of purchase. The product must be in its original packaging with the seal intact.

The following items are not eligible for refunds, but may be exchanged, subject to the purchase conditions:

  • Sale items

  • Discounted items

  • Promotional event items

No refunds or exchanges will be offered for opened or used cosmetic products.

5.3. Package Purchases

Prepaid service packages are offered at a discounted rate, and by purchasing a package, you acknowledge and agree that the package is non-refundable, except as required by Australian Consumer Law. If an unforeseen medical condition prevents you from completing the package, we may offer a credit on your account for future use at our discretion. We do not provide refunds for change of mind.

5.4. Deposits

Deposits may be required to secure appointments for certain treatments. Deposits are non-refundable, but may be used as credit for a future treatment or product purchase, subject to the balance of the terms and conditions, including paragraphs 4 and 5.3 above.

5.5. Refund Processing Time

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-14 business days from the date of the approved request. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. We accept various payment methods, including cash, bank transfer, and credit/debit cards. A surcharge may apply for card transactions.

7. Photography & Testimonials

With your consent, Seoul Skin Clinic may use before-and-after photographs and testimonials for promotional purposes. Your name or social media ID will not be disclosed without your explicit consent.

8. Code of Conduct

Clients are expected to behave in a respectful and courteous manner while on the premises of Seoul Skin Clinic and when interacting with our team. Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in refusal of service.

9. Disclaimer of Liability

Seoul Skin Clinic is not liable for any complications, side effects, or adverse reactions that may arise from cosmetic procedures. By undergoing treatment, you acknowledge and accept any inherent risks associated with the procedure.

11. Changes to Terms & Conditions

Seoul Skin Clinic reserves the right to review, amend, update, and modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice. Any changes will be published on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
